We imbibe our vision from the educational vision of St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, our Heavenly Patron. He believed that ‘Reason must be guided by one’s Faith in God and the latter should be strengthened by one’s Reason.’

The CMI Mission aims at an education by which character is formed, strength of mind increased, intellect expanded and help is extended for one to stand on one’s own feet with a conviction that everyone is a precious gift of God.

Everyone has received a Divine Call to devote oneself for the welfare of the society. (Jeremiah 1:10). Based on this ideal K.E. Carmel School has its motto “To Plant and Nurture”. K.E.C. stands for “value laden Kinship, Excellence and Character”.
